Payment & Return Policies

Delivery Time
In stock items will usually ship within 48 hours. Shipping time will generally take from one to seven days for addresses in the United States. Swag Ragz Apparel is unable to guarantee delivery time. International shipping time may take from two weeks to two months.

Products not in stock will ship from between 1 to 6 weeks. You will be informed if your order is placed on a "backorder" status.

Returns
Within 30 days of purchase, If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please send your New Unused product back for a full refund or exchange. We ask only that let us know why you are returning the product, and whether you wish to receive a refund or an exchange.

At this time, we accept Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal for on line purchases. Goods and services provided by Swag Ragz Apparel.

You may also pay using your checking account through Paypal. Checking account orders placed through Paypal will be held for 5 business days or until the transactions clears the bank.

Sales Tax
A sales tax of 7.75% will be applied to all California orders.

Swag Ragz Apparel accepts on-line credit card sales up to $100.00 from Canada and the United Kingdom.

Swag Ragz Apparel will only accept international orders with the same bill to and ship to address.
